La sortida amb la Colla aquest dimecres va ser de nou al Parc de la Ciutadella. Vaig veure aquesta estatua, que confesso no havia vist mai, i em va fer gràcia la seva ubicació al mig de les palmeres. Esta dedicada, segons diu la placa 'Als voluntaris catalans que van lluitar a França per la llibertat a les guerres de 1914-1918 i 1939-1945'.

The outing of last wednesday with La Colla was again to the Park of Ciutadella. I saw this statue, that I confess I had never seen, and I was surprised by its location in the middle of palm trees. It is dedicated, as the plaque said, 'To the Catalan volunteers who fought in France for freedom in the 1st and 2nd World Wars'.

Christmas at Basque Country

This Christmas holidays I have been wandering around the Basque Country. Apart from Bilbao and San Sebastian, where I had already been several times, I knew little of the coast between both cities. These are the paintings I could do plein air, but I took lots of pictures and I hope to paint more at the workshop.

Encara que conservi el nom del antic barri de barraques de la platja de la Barceloneta, aquesta és la platja situada devant de l'Hotel Arts, emblema de la Vila Olímpica de la nova Barcelona. L'edifici del fons és el nou Hotel Vela, obra del arquitecte Ricard Bofill.

The beach of Somorrostro and the Vela Hotel.

Despite retaining the name of the former shacks quarter on the beach of Barceloneta, this is now the beach located in front of the luxury Arts Hotel, emblem of the Olimpic Town of the new Barcelona. The building on the background is the new Vela (Sail) Hotel, by the architect Ricard Bofill.

As I have been several days without posting anything, I am in a serious backlog. Today's post belongs to the outings of the last two wednesdays with La Colla. Aquest dimecres hem anat amb La Colla al barri de la Barceloneta, antic barri de pescadors de Barcelona. Jo he triat aquest edifici que ara s'anomena Palau de Mar i que allotja diferents dependències de la Generalitat, el Museu d'Història de Catalunya i un munt de restautants. No fa gaires anys formava part del complexe de coberts del Port.

Si no trobo una de millor, aquesta sera l'aquarel.la que presentaré a l'exposició monogràfica anual organitzada pel pintor Manel Plana i el tema de la qual és enguany precisament la Barceloneta.

Palau de Mar (Sea Palace)

This wednesday we went with La Colla to the quarter of La Barceloneta, an old fishermen's quarter in Barcelona. I chose this building now called Palau de Mar hosting different departments of the Generalitat, the Museum of History of Catalonia and a lot of restaurants. Not too long ago it was part of the complex of warehouses of the Port.

If I cannot find a better one, this will be the painting to show at the annual monographic exhibition hosted by the watercolorist Manel Plana and whose subject this year is just La Barceloneta.

Fa uns dies, passant per davant d'una fruiteria, vaig veure aquestes pomes que estaven en oferta (a un euro el kilo!), i immediatament se'm va acudir l'idea de fer un bodegó amb moltes pomes. Després hi vaig afegir aquest cantir, la procedència del qual la Rosa, com a bona zamorana, no tardarà a endevinar.

Some days ago, passing by a fruit shop, I saw this apples that were on offer (one euro the kilo!) and right away I had the idea of painting a still life with lots of apples. Afterwards, I added this jug whose origin Rosa, who also comes from Zamora, won't hesitate to guess.

The old Flea Market
This wednesday we have gone with La Colla to the old Barcelona's Flea Market. This market was located years ago in the outer parts of the town, but due to the growth of the city, nowadays it is almost downtown. In two years it will disappear because a new one, this time indoors, is being built very close.

The Liceu Opera Theatre

Today with La Colla we went back to La Rambla, where I took advantage to paint this watercolour of the façade of the Gran Teatre del Liceu. El Liceu is the sacred temple of the opera in Barcelona, but now and then some popular singers, such as Lluis Llach, have dropped in, and even some folkore singers such as Pantoja.

Last Wednesday we went again with La Colla to the Gothic Quarter and, although almost everybody went to the sector of St Mary of the Sea, I chose this King Square where I painted this corner including, from left to right, the former Archive of Aragon’s Crown, the Tower of King Martin and the Tinell Hall.

Encara que no vaig poder anar amb La Colla el dimecres, no volia deixar passar l’ocasió de pintar la Sagrada Família, obra mestre segons diuen d’Antoni Gaudí, així és que hi vaig anar l’endemà. Vaig posar-me a un lloc una mica allunyat, per no estar envoltat per l’allau de turistes que s’hi congreguen per visitar el temple. Aquest és el motiu de que només es vegin les torres.

Although I couldn’t go with La Colla on Wednesday, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to paint the Sagrada Familia, masterpiece as they say of Antoni Gaudí, so I went there the day after. I planted my easel in a place a bit away, not to be surrounded by the crowd of tourists that concentrate there to visit the temple. This is the reason why just the towers can be seen.

Avui ens hem trobat amb La Colla en ple centre de Barcelona, al encreuament entre Passeig de Gràcia i Gran Via. Jo me’n he anat un carrer mes lluny i he pintat aquesta cantonada de Rambla de Catalunya i Gran Via i l’edifici següent, el Teatre Coliseum. Als baixos de l' edifici de la cantonada es trobava uns dels cafès més bonics de Barcelona, El Oro Del Rhin, tristament desaparegut, com quasi tots els altres als anys 60. El Teatre Coliseum es una insòlit edifici que es va construir als anys vint com a sala de cinema, però amb una concepció totalment teatral, i que ha estat dedicada definitivament a aquest art fa uns cinc anys.

Coliseum Theatre

Today’s meeting with La Colla was in the very centre of Barcelona, at the crossing of Passeig de Gràcia and Gran Via. I have walked one more block and have painted this corner of Rambla Catalunya and Gran Via and the next building, Coliseum Theatre. In the ground floor of the corner’s building was located one of the most beautiful cafés in Barcelona, El Oro del Rhin, sadly reconverted in the 60’s, as many others, in a bank’s office. The Coliseum Theatre is an unwonted building raised in the 20’s of last century as a movie theatre, but with an absolute theatrical conception, and that has been definitely dedicated to this art about five years ago.

I’m preparing something to show at the annual collective exhibition organized by the Watercolourist Association. Last week end I had the idea of painting this still life with all the objects lying flat, but as, I’m not quite satisfied with the result, I'm not sure if it is worth to be presented. La sortida d’aquest dimecres amb La Colla ha estat al barri de la Barceloneta, amb motiu de que a la tarda inauguràvem l’Exposició al Club Natació Barcelona, de la que vaig parlar en el post anterior. Jo vaig triar aquesta vista del Passeig Marítim i la vaig vendre allà mateix a un matrimoni canadenc que passava per allà i que els va agradar endur-se un record de Barcelona. Van tenir la paciència de esperar a que l’acabés, i em van donar tot just temps de signar-la i fer-li una foto. Espero que us agradi tant com a ells.

Seaside Promenade

Last Wednesday we went with La Colla to the maritime quarter of Barceloneta, because of the opening, in the evening, of the Exhibition at the Barcelona Swimming Club I mentioned in my last post. I chose this view of the Seaside Promenade, and I sold it on the spot to a Canadian couple walking around and who liked it in order to have a souvenir of Barcelona. They had the patience to wait for me to finish, and they just gave me the time to sign it and take a picture. I hope you like it as much as they did.

Alguns dels de La Colla participem en una exposició que s’inaugura al Club de Natació Barcelona, que es troba a la platja de la Barceloneta. Encara que el tema és lliure, trobo que el més escaient és presentar alguna cosa de tema marí, i com que no tenia res que valgués la pena exposar, he aprofitat dues fotos que vaig fer aquest estiu a Croàcia, a l’illa de Korcula. M’ha costat, però estic bastant satisfet del resultat. Ja em direu què n’opineu.

I take part with some other members of La Colla in an exhibition that will open at the Barcelona Swimming Club, located at Barceloneta Beach. Even though the subject is free, I think that the most suitable is something about a marine subject and, as I had nothing that was worth to be exhibited, I have taken advantage of two pictures I took last summer in Croatia, at Korcula Island. It’s been a hard job, but I am satisfied enough with the result. I’d like you to tell me your opinion.

La sortida d’aquest dimecres amb La Colla ha estat al Paral·lel, l’antic barri ‘canalla’ de Barcelona, on es concentraven teatres, miusic-halls, cabarets i demés. Avui en dia, de canalla ja no queda quasi res. Només queden quatre teatres mal comptats, i algun cabaret, con el Bagdad, que surt al quadre, i que és el de pitjor fama de Barcelona.

Jo he volgut pintar aquesta font que la ciutat va dedicar a Raquel Meller, mítica cupletista de principi del segle passat, que va debutar al Teatre Arnau del Paral·lel amb els seus grans exits com ara ‘El relicario’ o ‘La Violetera’, i és amb la disfressa d’ aquest darrer cuplet que ha quedat immortalitzada a la font.

The exit of this Wednesday with La Colla was to El Paral•lel, the former ‘canaille’ quarter of Barcelona, that concentrated all the theatres, music-halls, cabarets and so on. Nowadays it is no longer canaille at all. There are just a few theatres and some cabarets, like the Bagdad, that appears on the background of the painting and is the worst reputated in Barcelona.

I felt like to paint this fountain that the city dedicated to Raquel Meller, the mythical couplet-singer of early 20th century, who made her début at the Teatre Arnau of Paral•lel with her greatest hits ‘El relicario’ and ‘La violetera’, and who has been immortalized in the fountain with the costume of the latter.

Aquestes dues son del poble de Tor, a la Vall Ferrera, que es va fer famós per uns misteriosos crims que s’hi van cometre. Ara esta semi- abandonat, es diria que els seus habitants haguessin agafat por de viure-hi.

The village of Tor in the Vall Farrera became sadly famous as a result of some misterious crimes that were commited there. Now it is semi-abandonned as though people were afraid of living there.

Com de moment no tinc res de nou per penjar, us mostro una sèrie d’aquarel•les que vaig pintar a La Rioja a l’octubre de l’any passat durant una setmana que vaig passar a Santo Domingo de la Calzada, i que no havia tingut ocasió de penjar fins ara. Dia 1 de Setembre i Dimecres. Quin dia millor per retornar a les activitats pictòriques que sortir amb La Colla? Avui ens hem citat al Barri del Call, l’antic barri jueu de Barcelona. Jo ja tenia clar que on volia anar és a aquesta Plaça de Sant Felip Neri, una placeta petitona i molt romàntica que no té més decoració que aquesta font al mig i, es clar, l’església barroca que dona nom a la plaça, amb la seva façana malmesa a causa de la metralla de les bombes de l’aviació franquista durant la guerra civil. Aquí es celebraven a l’estiu concerts de musica clàssica, però malauradament cada cop es fan amb menys freqüència.

La rentrée

Wednesday September 1st. What a better day to restart painting activities that going out with La Colla? Today we had the meeting at the quarter of El Call, the old jewish quarter of Barcelona. I had already made up my mind to go to this tiny and romantic square of Sant Felip Neri, whose only decoration is this fountain in the middle and, obviously the barroque church that gives its name to the square, with its façade damaged by the bombs of franquist aviation during the civil war. Concerts of classical music used to be celebrated here in summer, but unfortunately they are becoming less frequent nowadays.

A la darrera sortida que faig amb La Colla abans de les vacances hem anat al barri de Gràcia. Aquesta és un altre joia de l'arquitectura modernista a Barcelona. La Casa Fuster, antiga seu de l'empresa hidroelèctrica Enher, i avui convertida en hotel de luxe, és obra de Domènec i Montaner, el mateix arquitecte del Palau de la Música. Als anys seixanta, en temps de l'alcalde franquista Porcioles, va estar a punt de ser enderrocada i es salvà miraculosament gràcies a una activa campanya ciutadana.

Casa Fuster

In my last exit with La Colla before holidays we have gone to the district of Gracia where another jewel of art-nouveau architecture in Barcelona is located. Casa Fuster, former seat of the hydroelectric company Enher, and nowadays a luxury hotel, was designed by Domènec i Montaner, the same architect of the Palau de la Musica. In the sixties, at the time of the franquist Mayor Porcioles was about to be demolished and was miraculously saved thanks to an active civic campaign.

Last Wednesday we went with La Colla to the Gothic Quarter. I chose this corner on the narrow streets behind the Cathedral. In order to locate the spot, I will say that the palm tree belongs to the interior of the Cathedral's cloister.

Aquest dimecres ha estat especial per La Colla. Primer perquè hem fet una marató pictòrica de tot el dia al Parc de Montjuïc: al matí, de nou, al jardins del teatre Grec i a la tarda , gràcies a l’autorització aconseguida per la nostra companya aquarel•lista Montse Carreras, als jardins del Palauet Albéniz, que és la residència del Rei quan visita Barcelona.
Però el que ha fet més especial aquest Dimecres és que hem rebut la visita del pintor brasiler Fábio Cembranelli qui, aprofitant la seva estada a França, s’ha desplaçat a Barcelona amb la seva esposa Flávia especialment per conèixer la gent de la Colla. Ha pintat amb nosaltres al matí, hem dinat plegats i ens ha acompanyat també a la tarda. Total, un dia complet, sobre tot per haver tingut l’ocasió d’intercanviar experiències amb un bon pintor, a més d’una persona encantadora, com ho és ell .

Painting marathon in Montjuïc
This Wednesday has been special for ‘La Colla’. First of all because we have had an all day long painting marathon in Montjuïc Park: on the morning, again, at the gardens of the Greek theatre and on the evening, thanks to the authorization got by our colleague the watercolor painter Montse Carreras, at the gardens of the Albéniz Palace, which is the residence of the King when visiting Barcelona.
But what has made this Wednesday more especial is that we received the visit of the Brazilian painter Fábio Cembranelli, who, taking advantage of their stay in France, has moved to Barcelona with his wife Flávia especially to meet the people of La Colla. He painted with us in the morning, we had lunch together and even joined us in the afternoon. In short, a perfect day, especially for having had the opportunity to exchange experiences with a great painter, as well as a lovely person, as he is.

El Restaurant del Teatre Grec

A la sortida amb la Colla el passat dimecres anàrem a pintar als jardins del Teatre Grec. Aquest teatre (que no és originàriament grec) fou construït aprofitant una antiga pedrera, té com tot teatre grec o romà forma semicircular i es fa servir a l’estiu per fer representacions de teatre o concerts. Té uns jardins força cuidats que estan oberts al públic durant el dia. Jo vaig triar aquesta vista del restaurant a l’aire lliure on es pot sopar abans o després de les representacions.

The Restaurant of the Greek Theatre
On the exit with ‘la Colla’ last Wednesday we went to the gardens of the Greek Theatre. This theatre (not originally greek) was built taking advantage of a former quarry, is, like all greek or roman theatres, semi-circle shaped and is used in summertime for theatre shows or concerts. It has a very nice garden open for the people to walk at daytime. I chose this view of the open air restaurant where you can dine before or after the show.

Pel pont de Sant Joan he tornat a visitar el Pallars Sobirà i he aprofitat el temps per fer aquestes aquarel•les. Realment, la satisfacció que dona el pintar a 'plein air' no té absolutament res a veure amb fer-ho al taller. Jo ho recomano sincerament.

Summertime in Pallars Sobirà
For Saint John’s holidays, I went back to visit Pallars Sobirà and I took advantage to paint these watercolors. Actually, the satisfaction given by painting 'plein air' has nothing to do with doing it at the workshop. I sincerely do recommend it.

Jo no se si el barret de palla és de Florència, però sí sé que aquest és el títol d’una òpera de Nino Rota, i he pensat que aquest títol li esqueia al quadre. El que m’agrada d’aquesta composició és la contraposició masculí/femení que fan la pipa i el vano.

Il capello di paglia di Firenze
I don’t know if this straw hat comes from Florence, but I do know that this is the title of an opera by Nino Rota and I think that this title could suit the painting. What I like about this composition is the opposition masculine/feminine formed by the pipe and the fan.

Universitat Central de Barcelona

Aquest dimecres hem anat amb la Colla a pintar a l’ Universitat Central. Aquí es van concentrar fins a quasi l’any 60 del segle passat totes les Facultats de Ciències i Lletres i inclusive l’Escola d’Arquitectura (Enginyers sempre va tenir un edifici a part: l’Escola Industrial, o ja anàrem fa unes setmanes). Aquest edifici, projectat per l’arquitecte Elias Rogent, ocupa dues ‘mançanes’ (com diuen a Lleida) a la Gran Via, tot just on comença l’Eixample de Barcelona, i te dos patis idèntics: el de Lletres a l'esquerra (que és el que jo he pintat des de la galeria del primer pis) i el de Ciències, a la dreta.

The Central University of Barcelona
This Wednesday we have gone to paint with ‘la Colla’ to the Central University of Barcelona. This building hosted until almost the 60’s of last century all the Faculties of Science and Arts and even the School of Architecture (the Engineers had always their own building: the Industrial School, where we went to paint a few weeks ago). It was designed in 1863 by the architect Elias Rogent and takes up two blocks in the Gran Via, just where the ‘Eixample’ (the 1860 enlargement of Barcelona) begins. It hosts two identical cloisters, the Patio of Arts on the left (that I have painted from the gallery of the first floor) and the Patio of Sciences on the right.

Aquest edifici és un altre dels palaus construïts per a la Exposició Universal de 1929. Després va passar a ser Mercat Central de Flors de Barcelona. A principi dels anys 80, i seguint un suggeriment del director teatral Peter Brook, va ser reconvertit en teatre, conservant el mateix nom: Mercat de les Flors. Aquest dimecres, i malgrat la pluja, hem anat amb La Colla a pintar a aquesta zona, on he pogut fer, aixoplugat sota una cornisa, aquesta aquarel•la on el més destacable, com podeu veure, son els reflexes del terra.

Mercat de les Flors
This building is another of the palaces built for the 1929 Universal Exhibition. Afterwards, it became the Flowers Central Market of Barcelona. In the early 80’s, and following a suggestion of the theatre director Peter Brook, it was reconverted in theatre, keeping its former name: Mercat de les Flors (Flowers Market). This Wednesday, despite of the rain, we have gone with ‘La Colla’ to paint in that environment, where I have done, shield under a cornice, this watercolor where the most remarkable thing, as you can see, is the reflections on the wet floor.

This is the last still-life I have painted at the workshop. It took two long sittings, due to the amount of pieces involved and the difficulty of getting the different tonalities of the three pieces of copper.

Avui, amb la Colla dels Dimecres hem anat al Parc de Montjuïc. Allà, m’ha agradat oposar dos estils arquitectònics no massa llunyans en el temps, però totalment diferents en la concepció: l’ edifici modernista de l’antiga fàbrica Casarramona, avui reconvertit en seu del Centre Cultural CaixaForum, i el pavelló d’Alemanya que l’arquitecte racionalista Mies Van der Rohe va projectar per l’Exposició Universal de 1929, i que algú va tenir la bona idea de reconstruir en el seu emplaçament original.

Art-Nouveau & Rationalism

In our weekly exit with “La Colla dels Dimecres” we have gone today to the Montjuïc Park. There, I felt like contrasting two architectural styles not very distant in time, but completely different in its conception: the art-nouveau building of the former textile factory Casarramona, reconverted today in the Cultural Centre CaixaForum, and the German pavilion that was designed by the rationalist architect Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe for the 1929 Universal Exhibition, and which somebody had, a few years ago, the happiest idea of rebuilding in its original location.

Aquest és el meu primer intent de treballar sobre paper fet a mà, que és el més semblant que es pugui imaginar al paper secant. Absorbeix al moment tot el color que li posis, no deixant rectificar ni una pinzellada. Tot i que no m’agraden els papers que no absorbeixen, penso que aquest no serà el meu paper preferit.

Bottles

This is my first attemt to work on handmade paper, which is the closest imaginable thing to blotting paper. It absorbs all the color the moment you lay it on, not allowing any correction. Although I dislike those papers that don’t absorb at all, I guess that this one won’t be my favorite paper.

Yesterday we went with 'La colla dels Dimecres' to paint to Gaudi's Parc Güell. Since the day was threatening rain (as it happened), I installed my easel under the viaduct. Despite of the quantity of tourists and children constantly surounding me, I could accomplish this watercolor.

La primera vegada que vaig anar al Brasil vaig quedar sorprès per la varietat de ‘sucos’ que et feien al moment a qualsevol cantonada, amb fruites que en aquell temps encara eren poc freqüents aquí. Menció apart del de maracujá, el que més em va agradar va ser aquest de ‘mamão com laranja’ es a dir, com es pot veure, papaya amb taronja. Ja fa dies que tenia ganes de pintar un bodegó sobre aquest tema, i ho faig com un homenatge personal a aquest meravellós país. (Amb el permís d’en Manel i de la seva taronja. )

PAPAYA WITH ORANGE
The first time I went to Brazil I was amazed by the variety of made at the time fruit juices that you could drink on any corner, with fruits that weren’t too frequent here in that time . Not to mention the passion-fruit’s, the one I liked the most was this one of papaya with orange. From some weeks on, I have felt like doing a painting upon this subject, so I 've done it as a personal tribute to this wonderful country. (With the permission of my colleague Manel and his orange.)

I have always liked the combination of blues and orange colours, and that's the reason why I wanted to paint this still life the moment I saw it at the workshop. Because of the quantity of fruits involved in it, I did it in the biggest available paper sheet. Those who saw it, they did like. What is your opinion?

Un altre bodegó fet al taller. Em va fer gràcia el tema de les sabatilles, que no tenien res a veure amb la resta del bodegó, i per això ho vaig pintar. Encara que el conjunt sigui una mica incoherent, crec que el resultat no ha estat malament.

Another still life made at the workshop. I found it funny, the subject of the baskets, that had nothing to do with the rest of the objects in the still life, and that's the reason why I painted it. Even though the ensemble might be a bit incoherent, I think the result is not too bad.

No hagáis mucho caso de esta familia pajaritera. De hecho, ha sido una cuchufleta para rememorar viejos tiempos. Mi padre ponía a todos sus alumnos debutantes como primer ejercicio una de estas pajaritas y yo, el primer y único óleo que he pintado en mi vida, cuando tenía diez o doce años, fueron unas pajaritas (bueno, en aquel caso sólo eran dos, no esta profusión). Por eso me ha hecho gracia colgar en el blog este trabajo dominical. Ya me diréis....

Don’t pay too much attention to this family of paper birdies. In fact, it has been kind of a joke to remind old times. My father wanted his beginner students to paint some of these birdies as a first exercise and as for me, the first and only oil painting I’ve done in my life when I was a kid was a couple of paper birdies. Aquestes vacances de Pasqua he tornat a pintar al Pallars Subirà. Realment, les possibilitats de pintar a aquesta comarca son inesgotables. Per tot arreu trobes qualsevol racó interessant per pintar i en aquesta estació els colors eren meravellosos. Aquests son els sis quadres que he pintat en els cinc dies que he estat allà. PALLARS REVISITED
On Easter holidays I went back to Pallars Subirà to paint. The possibilities to paint in this region are actually unlimited. Everywhere you can find interesting spots suitable to paint and in this season the colors were wonderful. Those are the six watercolors I made during the five days I spent there. El far de Punta de Banya

Abans de anar-me’n de vacances de Pasqua, he volgut mostrar-vos aquest quadret del far de la Punta de la Banya, al Delta d’Ebre. Els fars sempre m’han semblat uns llocs molt solitaris i misteriosos, però aquest encara m’ho sembla més, al trobar-se al fons de tota aquesta planícia. Bé, no és un far d'en Hopper però crec que ho he aconseguit força bé. Tampoc estem a New England!

Plaça dels traginers

Avui tenia molt clar on volia anar a pintar. Fa uns dies, vaig passar casualment per aquesta placeta, i com que queda molt a prop de on havíem quedat amb la Colla, ens hem adreçat tot un grupet cap allà. Llàstima que avui ens ha mancat el sol, que hauria donat una mica més d'alegria al quadre, però tot i així hem passat un matí molt agradable i amb bona companya.

Gotets xinesos

Pot dir-se que soc un comprador compulsiu de la Compagnie Française de l’Orient et de la Chine, una botiga de la que mai aconsegueixo sortir amb les mans buides. Fa uns dies hi vaig estar i vaig comprar aquesta col•lecció de gotets perfectament inútils, però que al menys m’han servit per a fer aquest bodegó. Tot i que es de mides reduïdes degut a que els objectes son petits, no estic descontent amb el resultat. Ja opinareu vosaltres…

Al taller havien muntat aquest bodegó amb tots aquests objectes de vidre de diferents colors, i m’ha agradat fer-lo pel repte que suposen les transparències. Espero haver-ho aconseguit.

Aquest encara está humid. L'he acabat avui mateix al taller, i com que li ha agradat molt a tothom que l'ha vist, m'he decidit a penjar-lo, per tal que opineu els demés . Em va agradar molt la composició del bodegó, sobre tot pel repte de l'escorç de l'ampolla caiguda, que crec que he aconseguit força bé.

El bodegó dels bujacs el vaig fer la setmana passada també al taller. Em va agradar pel colorit de les flors, contrastant amb la blancor de la tetera i el gerro.

Tots dos son de 38x56cm amb paper Arches de 300gr/m2, grà gruixut.
