SANGRIA !!!

Aquests son els ingredients per preparar una refrescant sangria (falta el sucre, ho sento, em vaig oblidar de posar-ho al bodegó).

These are the ingredients to prepare a refreshing sangria (sugar is lacking, sorry, I forgot to lay it on the set). 

La tetera de vidre

Tots aquests objectes son xinesos, fins i tot l'estranya tetera de vidre.

If I don't paint anything better from now to the end of June, I will show this still life at the exhibition of end-of-course of the workshop of the Catalonia Watercolorists Association.

Ceràmica portuguesa

Les dues ceràmiques les vaig comprar en algun viatge a Portugal i encara no les havia pintat mai. El vidre del mig el vaig comprar el la malauradament desapareguda botiga Compagnie Française de l'Orient.et de la Chine, on sempre havia trobat objectes bonics i molt pintables.

Portuguese ceramics

Both the ceramics were bought in a trip to Portugal and had yet never been painted. The glass in the middle comes from the sadly disappeared shop Compagnie Française de l'Orient.et de la Chine, where I had always found nice objects and very suitable to paint.

Hora de rentar el plats

Ja fa un any que em van refer la cuina i encara tenia pendent pintar uns bodegons per omplir dues parets. De moment ja n'he fet un, que considero perfectament ad hoc.  Obviament, no esta en venda!  De tota manera, m'agradaria saber què n'opineu.

Time to wash dishes

A year has gone since my kitchen was renewed and I  still had to paint two still-lives to decorate two of its walls. For the moment I have done one, that I consider perfectly ad hoc. Obviously, it is not for sale!  Anyway, I'd like to know your opinion.

La setmana passada he estat a Posara, a la Toscana, participant al curs que el pintor brasiler Fábio Cembranelli donava allà. Ha estat molt interessant i aquí teniu unes mostres del que he fet al estudi durant aquests dies. Un altre dia penjaré els treballs que he fet plein air.

Bodegó taronja en dos nivells

Aquest bodegó estava muntat al taller, i d'ell em va atreure aquest drap color taronja (un dels meus colors preferits) que dona una gran vistositat a tot el conjunt.

Orange still-life on two levels

This still-life was set up in the workshop, and I was attracted by the orange coloured tissue (one of my favourite colours) which gives a great brightness to the whole.
